These enterprises collectively represent a significant scale, comprising approximately 500,000 stock units and employing around 100 individuals.

By facilitating direct interactions between our students and professionals in these enterprises, we offer a valuable introduction to the red meat sector, recognising the importance of networking in today’s competitive landscape.

Collaborating with Otiwhiti reinforces fundamental skills crucial for employment, such as fencing, shearing, sheep processing, horseback riding, and dog handling.

Additionally, our curriculum exposes students to diverse management styles and cutting-edge technologies prevalent in large agricultural businesses, empowering them to make informed decisions about their career paths within the industry.
